Jena Jonville : The Best Real Estate Agent Ever!

Jena Jonville is a great real estate agent. She is knowledgeable, experienced, professional and really cares about her clients. In 2005, Jena helped me purchase a condo in La Jolla. The final purchasing price was below the “ask” thanks to her help and advice. Fast forward to 2021 and I wanted to sell this same property. Again I enlisted Jena to represent me in the sale.
We listed the condo for sale and 7 days later we had a terrific offer, the property sold. During the whole process we were in constant communications. She was terrific in keeping me informed. This communication is invaluable in helping a client to make good decisions, clarifying issues, and alleviate a lot of anxieties about the unknowns and unexpected. This is where experience counts as she has valuable insights into real estate purchasing and sales.
Last and most important comment: Jena and I developed a great rapport. The reason for this is as follows: When we first met she told me very directly that it was her mission and professional responsibility to ensure that I was happy with the sale/purchase of any property. That’s all I needed to hear.

5 Stars!

Jena and Nico are the best realtors that you could ever find. We have bought and sold 4 properties with them in the last 17 years and each transaction was a breeze. Jena helped us with finding the right financing for each property and provided us expert referrals in staging, handyman services and anything else you could ask for. With her help we finally purchased a forever home and sold our existing property at a great price. Don’t even think of hiring a different realtor. The Jonville team is the only one you will ever need!

Jena and Nico were fantastic to work with.

Jena and Nico were fantastic to work with. They clearly knew the San Elijo-Old Creek Ranch neighborhood of San Marcos, valued our home expertly and sold it at full price before it even listed! Their pre-market strategy really worked. BTW, our home was the highest selling priced home in the neighborhood

During the escrow period, we had to start our job at another state and Jena just made me feel like nothing was going to fall through the cracks. She responded immediately to texts, calls, and emails. Jena and Nico’s sense of humor was also great which made working with them even more enjoyable! I’d work with them again for sure!

I can’t say enough great things about the Jonville team—you will not be disappointed.

I have worked with Jena & Nicolas for nearly 15 years. They have been helping me find tenants while I’ve been reassigned with the military. They are intuitive and insightful and I’ve never had a bad tenant experience under their oversight. They work tirelessly, thoroughly screening tenants & showing the property. Jena is incredibly responsive (regardless of what time zone I’m in when I reach out). I trust them with my dream home as I intend to settle back in SoCal someday after I retire and know my place will be well cared for and until then. They have a reliable list of repairmen and cleaners that we’ve used and have never been disappointed nor overcharged. I can’t say enough great things about the Jonville team—you will not be disappointed.
