When we enlisted Nicolas "Nico" Jonville to handle the sales of our rental condo, we were expecting the tedious process of preparing the condo after the tenant moved out. To our delight, Nico took over the whole process for us, while keeping us informed every step of the way. Nico coordinated the tenant move-out, new flooring installation, wall paint touch-up, furniture staging and all necessary repairs before and after the buyer inspection.
