Thank you Pascale for everything!

We had the pleasure of working with Pascale to sell our house in Carmel Valley and buy a new one in La Jolla. Pascale is an incredibly knowledgeable and experienced real estate agent. She has a vast network of connections in the industry, which she used to our advantage in finding the perfect home for our family. She also has a keen eye for detail, which was evident in the way she marketed our home and negotiated on our behalf.
Pascale helped us understand the market and make informed decisions about the sale and purchase of our homes. One of her qualities is that she can easily read people and this skill is very helpful during the negotiation process.
In addition to her professional skills, Pascale is also a pleasure to work with on a personal level. She is friendly, patient, and was always available to answer our questions as we went through the process.
We would highly recommend Pascale to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the San Diego area. She is an excellent real estate agent who goes above and beyond to meet the needs of her clients.

A highly skilled and detail-oriented professional

We recently completed a complex, overseas investment property purchase with Pascale Hayem as our local representative. We could not have chosen a better agent! Her follow through, patience and knowledge enabled us to complete the transaction quickly despite difficulty with currency transactions from overseas. We would highly recommend Pascale for any kind of transaction, she’s a pro.
