Top-notch Team

I was referred to the Jonville team by Taylor B and went into this journey with little to no knowledge of the process. My agent Robert was incredible throughout the process with carefully and thoroughly explaining documents, laying out different intermediate steps to be completed during escrow, and offering constructive suggestions to ensure I was protected and understood everything happening. Robert was very personable, simplified the process, and even offered great referrals of personnel like for the general inspection. Everything went extremely smooth leading to an expedited close within 2 weeks. It was such a pleasure working with the Jonville team. Could not be more happy with my new home or recommend Robert and team enough! Thank you for everything!

Truly the best team to work with

I’ve worked with Rob Braniff and his team for 4 real estate transactions and all I can say is that he and his team are truly the best to work with. He’s helped me both purchase and sell homes and I’m amazed at his level of expertise with each time I’ve been so lucky to have had him be my agent. TBH, I cannot and would not ever dream about working anyone else. He’s personable, knowledgeable, and has a work ethic second to none. Do yourself a GIANT favor and have Rob and his team work with you. Thank you Rob for helping me yet again with the sale and purchase of a new home!

Robert Braniff is AMAZING! Stop thinking of using anyone else and do yourself a favor and call Robert to help you!

I had the great pleasure of working with Robert Braniff on our recent home sale. Not only did he make our whole process simple and easy, he also acted in a very fair and honest way with us. We were very touched by him going the extra mile not only once but many times. I asked him if he would be so kind to help explain our offers to our ten year old daughter and help involve her in the selling home process and help her cope the move with more joy as she is apart of it (at least she thought so). But nonetheless, Robert was thrilled to visit with our daughter and walk her through the offers and answer any questions with her. This was very well received by our daughter and was extremely helpful and touching to have an agent who really cares about everyone involved in the process. It was very clear his heart and actions are always in our best interest at all times. I wish I can give so much more to Robert and the Jonville Team other than these very kind words.
Sincerely,
-Dale Brewer

Excellent experience selling with Robert Braniff

My husband and I had such a wonderful experience selling our townhouse with Robert Braniff. He was patient, kind and honest, as well as so cheerful & easy to talk to. As first-time home sellers, we appreciated him taking extra time to explain things to us. He was very communicative throughout the entire process and his expertise really came through. We feel so lucky that Robert was our agent and would recommend him & the Jonville Team to anyone looking to sell!
